“311” Operation Helpdesk, “One Call to City Hall,” is a non-emergency number for our City residents to call concerning City related (Non-Emergency) matters. If you have questions regarding services, rates, events, operating hours, etc., dial “311”.
Calls made to “311” after the hours of 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday and after 3:30 pm on Friday will be answered by a recorded answering service.
