Utility Bill Requirements
You will need the following information in order to sign up:
- Your City of Picayune account number
- Your City of Picayune service location
This information can be located on your utility bill and must be entered exactly as shown on your bill.
Our standard payment rules still apply:
- You can pay up to the balance shown on your last statement.
- Presently, you will NOT be able to pay penalty or re-connection fees.
- Late payment penalty goes on the first business day after 5:00 pm on the 21st or next business day if the 21st falls on a holiday or weekend. To restore utility service, the entire account balance must be paid in full. This includes late charges and reconnect fees.
- If online bill pay is unavailable, payment must still be made by the due date or late fees will apply. Payments may also be made in the office, or drop box.
