Due to unforeseen software issues, this month's utility readings experienced a slight delay, extending the billing cycle to 30-36 days from the usual 29-30 days. As a result, you may notice a slight increase in your bill.
If you find that your bill is higher than expected, we understand your concerns. You're welcome to visit our office to request a reread on October's bill. Our team is here to assist you and ensure your billing is accurate.
